SOCIAL INJUSTICE WARRIOR
We believe in equality of opportunity, not outcomes.
The Republican Party uses terms like Freedoms and Liberties, and the Democratic Party uses terms like Justice and Equality as buzz words.
The irony is that neither party has claim to any of these concepts. Freedom and Justice come from government, and Liberty and Equality come from God.
Social justice is all about equality. But what is equality?
When our forefathers wrote of equality in the Declaration of Independence, it had a very specific meaning. Not equality as we have grown to know it, but rather something bestowed upon every human being from our divine creator.
The word equality comes from the Greek word Logos, which simply means to-think/to-speak. To be socially just, every individual is given the right to think and to speak for him/herself.
Unfortunately, all around the United States, social injustices still happen.
Whether it is the segregation of an entire cultural group or as something as benign as bullying in the hallways of a high-school, social injustice is everywhere; but the most devastating is the injustice surrounding the judicial system.
