“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” – Bill of Rights.
However, the Nevada Constitution – Article 1 Section 4: Liberty of Conscience – mentions the term acts of licentiousness. The liberty of conscience hereby secured, shall not be so construed, as to excuse acts of licentiousness or justify practices inconsistent with peace or safety of this state. Means acts lacking moral restraint especially in sexual conduct.
Therefore, it is critical that Article 1 Section 24 of the Nevada Constitution must never be amended to include terms like sexual orientation, gender identity, expression, or identification. These seemingly benign terms are the predecessor for terms like “Minor Attracted Persons “or MAP’s, which is literally a polite way of saying pedophilia.
Our State and Federal Constitution provides no authority to grant or deny religious expression in any place. Both the First and Tenth Amendments forbid such tyranny.
