The Nevada Constitution prohibits the Executive Branch from exercising legislative functions.
Most Executive Orders with regard to the pandemic have been unlawful edicts and are unconstitutional on the federal and state level. Requiring anyone to wear a mask is unconstitutional and safeguarding the Constitution during times of a “media truth” crisis is critical for the future of our republic.
Our Governor and many other members of the Nevada legislature believe these edicts are authorized by NRS 414.060 and NRS 414.070, collectively known as the Emergency Powers of the Governor Act (EPGA). However, the statute suggests otherwise.
The Nevada Supreme Court previously explained the Legislature is “powerless” to transfer its lawmaking authority to the executive or any other non-legislative body. Ensuring that a Governor never again acts in such a tyrannical fashion is vital to the health of our State/
Patient rights and bioethics are impossible without truly informed consent. If the public health-industrial complex gets its way, you may not be able to work, travel, shop, or go to school without proof of a COVID-19 vaccination. Can you really offer voluntary and thorough consent without being provided all the facts?
